I only have a couple discontinued items because of low sales, but my popular items will always restock! Keep an eye out and follow my shop's instagram to hear about restocks and new products :)

I have a high standard of quality, but ultimately, I grade by roughly a half arm's length away. I can not guarantee collector-grade (100% immaculate) products, especially since my wares are meant to be worn or displayed, but everything is inspected both upon arrival to me and before shipment to you! You can see what sorts of things I consider B-grade material in any listing featuring such products. Any items I would actually consider a little "messed up" go to C grade, which are very rare.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure their address is correct! I double-check all unverified addresses with the customer via Direct Message. I am not responsible for packages lost due to customer error. If your package is returned to me, you will have to pay for shipping a second time. Only partial refunds will be given for misdirected/returned items, if requested. The USPS does not refund me for labels after they ship, even if the destination address was wrong!

This is most common with letter mail, but it can happen to anything. Where first-class shipping is done through USPS and is always scanned, I ship stickers in envelopes via Letter Mail which is effectively the same as sending it with stamps. This tracking is handled through Etsy instead and sometimes your sticker makes its entire journey without being scanned once! Everything here ships next-day except Sundays, so if it's been 48 hours and your package still says pre-transit, it's on the move but USPS is simply not scanning it. Sit tight!
